Frequently asked questions
To ensure stability and safe use, the base for a hot tub or spa should be solid, level, and well-compacted. Recommended solutions include a concrete slab or paving stones with a minimum thickness of 10–15 cm. The surface must be uniform, with no risk of sinking or uneven settling of the structure. Improper ground preparation may lead to damage and void the warranty.
The use of an internal or external hot tub heater depends on the preferences and needs of the customer. An internal hot tub heater is more aesthetic, but when installed inside the hot tub, it reduces the amount of space for users, e.g. from 6 to 5 people, while an external heater provides greater safety and easier access to service, does not take up space inside the hot tub for users, but takes up space around the hot tub.
A sand filter is a filtering device that removes contaminants from water by passing it through a layer of sand. In this way, it provides clean water, free from contaminants, bacteria and viruses. Thanks to it, the water remains clear and hygienic and provides the user with comfortable use.
The circulation pump and air pump are important elements in the system of a jacuzzi, swimming pool or garden tub. The circulation pump helps to maintain a constant water temperature and also ensures the even distribution of chemicals in the water, which affects its quality. On the other hand, the air pump is responsible for the production of air bubbles, which provides a better feeling during bathing and has a positive effect on relaxation and well-being.
Depending on the degree of use. If we use the bathtub, hot tub or swimming pool very often and maintain the temperature above 0 degrees, then not necessarily. If we do not use them too often, it is necessary to drain the water and secure the rest of the devices. Water that remains inside during frost can cause cracking of technical elements, which in turn requires expensive repairs. Therefore, it is important to properly prepare and secure our sets against frost in the winter season.
The frequency of water changes depends on how often the hot tub or jacuzzi is used, as well as the effectiveness of the filtration system and water treatment products. With regular use of appropriate cleaning agents and filters, the water can typically be changed every 4–6 weeks. In cases of heavy use or if disinfection is not applied, it is recommended to change the water every 1–2 weeks.
The water should always be clear, odor-free, and not cloudy—this indicates that the system is functioning properly.

The most commonly used chemicals include:

  • Chlorine – an effective and popular disinfectant,
  • Bromine – gentler on the skin, ideal for spas,
  • Active oxygen – an alternative for people allergic to chlorine,
  • pH balancers – maintaining a pH level between 7.0 and 7.4 prevents corrosion and water cloudiness,
  • Algaecides and flocculants – prevent algae growth and improve water clarity.
Water massage is one of the key features that attract users to this type of hot tub. It offers a wide range of health and relaxation benefits. Water massage uses water jets that emit powerful jets of water under pressure. These jets are directed at different parts of the body, providing an intensive massage. You can adjust the strength and direction of the water jets, adapting them to your preferences and needs.
Main benefits:
muscle stimulation: water jets effectively relax tense muscles, helping to recover after physical exertion
improved circulation: strong water flow stimulates blood circulation, which can support cardiovascular health
pain relief: hydromassage is often recommended for people suffering from back pain, joint pain, and muscle injuries

Main benefits:
Stress reduction: Air massage is known for its relaxing properties, helping to reduce stress levels and unwind

Gentle relaxation: Bubble massage is more gentle than hydro massage, making it ideal for those looking for a peaceful relaxation

Skin stimulation: Gentle bubbles help cleanse and massage the skin, which can improve its appearance and condition
